NECEC Facilities definition

NECEC Facilities means the NECEC Transmission Line, the AC Upgrades, and the CCIS Capacity Upgrades.
NECEC Facilities has the meaning provided in Section 8.2.

Examples of NECEC Facilities in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if during the Term all or part of the NECEC Facilities are included in ISO-NE regional rates paid by the Distribution Company, the payment required by Section 8.1 shall be reduced by the Proportionate Share of the revenues received by Owner from such ISO-NE rates with respect to the NECEC Facilities.

  • The Parties each shall refrain from taking steps to include all or part of the NECEC Facilities in ISO-NE regional transmission rates during the Term and for a period of twenty (20) years thereafter.

  • It is the further intent of the Parties that Owner’s recovery of the investment in and return on the NECEC Facilities and the Distribution Company’s obligation to pay for the NECEC Facilities shall be solely governed by this Agreement.

  • Further, under the terms of the TSAs, the parties must 11 “refrain from taking steps to include all or part of the NECEC Facilities in ISO-NE regional 12 transmission rates.” Taken together, this means that Maine customers will not be liable for 13 the costs of the NECEC Project under the TSAs and the NECEC Project costs will not be 14 “socialized” or paid for by Maine transmission customers under the ISO-NE transmission 15 tariff.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Public facility means 1 or more of the following:

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Idle facilities means completely unused facilities that are excess to the governmental unit's current needs.

  • Facilities means the Plant and Equipment to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.

  • Bank Facilities means any overdraft limits or credit facility available to you and their associated terms;

  • Electric Facility means a Generator or an electric transmission facility.

  • Project Facilities means any facilities to be constructed, provided, rehabilitated, operated and/or maintained under the Project;

  • Other Facilities means athletic stadiums, swimming pools, any associated structures or related equipment tied to such facilities including, but not limited to, grandstands and night field lights, greenhouses, facilities used for non-instructional or non-educational purposes, and any structure, building, or facility used solely for school administration;

  • L/C Facility means the letter of credit facility established pursuant to Article III.

  • Wastewater facilities means the structures, equipment, and processes required to collect, carry away, and treat domestic and industrial wastes and dispose of the effluent.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Manufacturing Facilities means facilities engaged in the mechanical or chemical transformation of materials or substances into new products and shall include:

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

  • Debt Facilities means one or more debt facilities (including, without limitation, the Credit Agreement) or commercial paper facilities with banks or other institutional lenders providing for revolving credit loans, term loans, receivables financing (including through the sale of receivables to such lenders or to special purpose entities formed to borrow from such lenders against such receivables) or letters of credit or issuances of debt securities evidenced by notes, debentures, bonds or similar instruments, in each case, as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced or refinanced (including by means of sales of debt securities) in whole or in part from time to time (and whether or not with the original administrative agent, lenders or trustee or another administrative agent or agents, other lenders or trustee and whether provided under the original Credit Agreement or any other credit or other agreement or indenture).

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • Local Facilities means working capital facilities provided to a Grantor (other than Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) I S.A., Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) II S.A. Beverage Packaging Holdings (Luxembourg) III S.à.x.x. and the Borrowers) by a Local Facility Provider and “Local Facility” means any of them.

  • Railroad facilities means right of way and related

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Cogeneration facility means a power plant in which the heat or steam is also used for industrial or commercial heating or cooling purposes and that meets Federal Energy Regulatory Commission standards for qualifying facilities under the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (16

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.
