Net Ad Revenues definition

Net Ad Revenues means, for each of the Advertising Services, for any period during the Term, Ad Revenues for that period minus the Ad Deduction (if any) for that period.

If Customer transmits to Google Browse Queries and Search Queries under separate client identifiers (as specified by Google), than Google shall provide Customer with online reports with separate performance metrics for Browse Queries and Search Queries.

Examples of Net Ad Revenues in a sentence

  • Within ***** of each month’s end, Google shall pay Customer’s share of the Net Ad Revenues (or the *****, if applicable) for such month, at the address indicated in Section 10.

  • Following the Launch Date as specified in Section 8, Customer shall receive the percentage of Net Ad Revenues for Sponsored Links displayed on Results Pages specified on this Order Form or such other payment as may be due pursuant to Section 3.1, which Google shall pay in accordance with the terms in section 3.1.1 below.

  • Within ***** of each month’s end during the Term, Google shall pay Customer’s share of the Net Ad Revenues (or the Net Cost Per Click Average, if applicable) for such month, at the address indicated in Section 10.

  • For each calendar month during the Service Term after the Launch Date occurs, Customer shall receive the Applicable Percentage of CTAP Net Ad Revenues attributable to clicks on Qualifying Ads in all Impressions on all Web pages on which Customer displays Ad Units under and in accordance with this Agreement in such month.


More Definitions of Net Ad Revenues

Net Ad Revenues for any period means Ad Revenues for such period MINUS the Deduction for such period.
