Net Advances definition

Net Advances means the principal amount of the outstanding Advances (inclusive of Advances that have been requested for any outstanding Purchase Commitments which have traded but not settled) minus the amounts then on deposit in the Accounts (including, for the avoidance of doubt, cash and Cash Equivalents and amounts in the MV Cure Account) representing Principal Proceeds.
Net Advances means the principal amount of the outstanding Advances (inclusive of Advances that have been requested for any outstanding Purchase Commitments which have traded but not settled) minus the amounts then on deposit in the Accounts, the Permitted CAD Accounts, the Permitted EUR Accounts and the Permitted GBP Accounts (including cash and Eligible Investments) representing Principal Proceeds (other than Principal Proceeds that have been identified for use to settle outstanding Purchase Commitments which have traded but not settled).
Net Advances means the principal amount of the outstanding Advances (inclusive of Advances that have been requested for any outstanding Purchase Commitments which have traded but not settled) minus the amounts then on deposit in the Accounts (including cash and Eligible Investments) representing Principal Proceeds.

Examples of Net Advances in a sentence

  • On each Settlement Date, the Currency Net Advances in each Currency do not exceed the Currency Borrowing Base for such Currency.

  • The lesser of, on any date of determination, (x) Net Advances over Net Asset Value on such date of determination and (y) the Market Value Cure Level determined on the immediately preceding Calculation Period Start Date (or, if later, the First Amendment Effective Date); provided that if the Market Value Cure Level would be less than 20%, the Market Value Cure Level shall be 20%.

Net Advances as used herein means the gross advances received by Company from the Distributor less all Recording Costs, Advances, advances payable to the individual producer(s) of the Masters, video production costs, tour support payments, legal fees in connection with the acquisition and maintenance of the Distribution Agreement, payments to third parties in connection with the exploitation of rights, and any other costs or expenses incurred by Company in connection with the production, promotion, or exploitation of the Masters hereunder.
Net Advances means the principal amount of the outstanding Advances (inclusive of Advances that have been requested for any outstanding Purchase Commitments which have traded but not settled) minus the amounts then on deposit in the Collateral Accounts (including cash and Eligible Investments) representing Excess Interest Proceeds and Principal Proceeds (other than Principal Proceeds that have been identified for use to settle outstanding Purchase Commitments which have traded but not settled).
Net Advances means Advances payable to RTW or Artist pursuant to the Agreement (not including the Execution Advance or the LP7 Commencement Advance), less all Recording Costs or other similar third party payments.

"New York Collateral" has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02(b). "Non-Call Period" means the period beginning on, and including, the Amendment Date and ending on, but excluding, November 22, 2022.
