Net Card Sales definition

Net Card Sales means the total amount of Card Sales properly remitted to Bank minus the total amount of Credits properly remitted to Bank.
Net Card Sales means gross Card Sales, minus Normal Business Returns and Chargebacks, during the specified period of time.
Net Card Sales means, for any given period, the total dollar amount of all Card Sales made during the period (including, without limitation, Card Sales made pursuant to any Second Look Program) properly remitted by Zale to Citi Commerce, minus the total dollar amount of Returns properly remitted by Zale to Citi Commerce.

More Definitions of Net Card Sales

Net Card Sales means the gross dollar amount of Card Sales made by Dealer during a calculation period less the total dollar amount of Credits and adjustments to Accounts with respect to the Card Sales made by Dealer during such calculation period.
Net Card Sales means the total amount of Card Sales properly remitted to Bank minus the total amount of Credits properly remitted to Bank. “Network Account” means a credit account, including all receivables thereon, on which a transaction may be or has been made by a Cardholder (or by a person authorized by a Cardholder) or former Cardholder pursuant to a Network Card.
Net Card Sales means the total gross value of all sales Transactions submitted by Company under the Agreement in an applicable period, less the total value of all refund Transactions (but not Chargebacks) during such period.
Net Card Sales with respect to a given period, means (a) the total amount of Card Sales (including without limitation Card Sales under any Second Look Program provided by Bank to Zale) reported to Bank by Zale during such period in accordance with the provisions hereof minus (b) the total amount of Credits reported to Bank by Zale during such period in accordance with the provisions hereof.

  • Consumer customer means anyone acting outside their trade or profession in respect of the insurance cover requested or arranged.

  • Loyalty card means a record given without direct monetary consideration under an award, reward, benefit, loyalty, incentive, rebate, or promotional program which may be used or redeemed only to obtain goods or services or a discount on goods or services. The term does not include a record that may be redeemed for money or otherwise monetized by the issuer.
