Net Premium Retained definition

Net Premium Retained means the gross premium charged to the policyholder, less broker acquisition costs (including profit commission where applicable), less premium tax incurred by the Reinsured, less the premium paid under Article 8 of this Agreement, less [*]. For purposes of the Net Premium Retained calculation, prior to any calendar year end, the Reinsured will estimate the premium tax incurred to be 3% of the gross premiums charged to the policyholders.

  • Jobs retained means an estimate of those previously existing filled positions that are retained as a result of funding by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (Recovery Act).   • Annual Service Charge for any period means the aggregate interest expense for such period in respect of, and the amortization during such period of any original issue discount of, Indebtedness of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.

  • Annual Earnings means your gross annual income from your Employer, not including shift differential, in effect just prior to the date of loss. It includes your total income before taxes.   • Tax Payment Date means, with respect to any applicable Taxes, the date occurring 30 days prior to the date the same are due and payable.

  • Retainer Fee means a fee charged by a retainer health care

  • Net Earned Premium as used herein is defined as gross earned premium of the Company for the classes of business reinsured hereunder, less the earned portion of premiums ceded by the Company for reinsurance which inures to the benefit of this Contract and less dividends paid or accrued.

  • Payment Year The calendar year during which the applicable Annual Payment is due pursuant to Section IV.B. Payment Year 1 is 2021, Payment Year 2 is 2022 and so forth. References to payment “for a Payment Year” mean the Annual Payment due during that year.   • Additional Compensation has the meaning set out in Section 13.3(1).

  • Sponsor’s Fee means the fee to be paid to the Sponsor, which for each day shall be equal to (.004/365 or 366, depending on the number of days in the year) multiplied by (the Swedish Kronor in the Trust as of the close of business on the preceding Local Business Day, which shall include all unpaid interest but exclude unpaid fees, each as accrued through the immediately preceding day).

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Annual Retainer for a particular Director means the retainer (including any additional amounts payable for serving as lead Director or on any committee of the Board), payable to that Director for serving as a Director for the relevant Remuneration Period, as determined by the Board;
