Network Alteration definition

Network Alteration has the same meaning as Network Change;
Network Alteration a physical change of the Vodafone Network to ensure continued efficient operation of the Interconnect necessitated by a change made by OAO to its own Network.
Network Alteration means a change (other than a Data Management Amendment) to a Party’s Network, which requires a change to be made to the other Party’s Network to allow the continuance of the conveyance of Calls across a Point of Interconnection pursuant to this Agreement;

Examples of Network Alteration in a sentence

  • The Network Alteration Notice shall specify the technical details of the Network Alteration and the date of the anticipated Network Alteration.

  • The notice period in a Network Alteration Notice shall not apply to such Network Alterations that are validly required to be implemented by the Authority within a shorter time frame.

  • The Parties agree to fully co-operate and consult with each other with a view to accommodating both Parties’ reasonable expectations regarding the time commitments and implications of the proposed Network Alteration.

  • The Parties agree that twelve (12) weeks notice shall be provided by OAO for every Network Alteration request.


More Definitions of Network Alteration

Network Alteration shall have the meaning set out in Clause 8.1 of the main body of the Interconnection Agreement;
Network Alteration a physical change within one Party’s Network, plant, apparatus or equipment otherwise used in connection with that Network, which is necessary in order to ensure continued efficient operation of the Interconnection, in accordance with Clause 11 of the Main Body of this Interconnection Agreement. Network Alteration includes planned maintenance but excludes Re-arrangement of Interconnection Paths made at the request of the Operator.

Related to Network Alteration

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Structural alteration means an Alteration that (i) will result in a change in the footprint of the Improvements, (ii) involves the addition of one or more floors to the Improvements, (iii) affects the structural elements or any exterior walls of the Improvements, (iv) decreases the rentable square footage of the Leased Premises other than to a de minimis extent or (v) adversely affects the proper functioning and/or capacity of the building systems in the Improvements.

  • Major Alteration means change other than repair or replacement of building materials or equipment with materials and equipment of a similar type.

  • Installation Works means, as the context so requires,

  • Installation Site means the site at which the Product is originally installed.

  • Specialty Alterations means Alterations consisting of kitchens, executive bathrooms, raised computer floors, computer installations, vaults, libraries, internal staircases, dumbwaiters, pneumatic tubes, vertical and horizontal transportation systems, and other Alterations of a similar character.

  • Structural Alterations means any Alterations involving the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety or heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems of the Building.

  • Alterations means all changes, additions, improvements or repairs to, all alterations, reconstructions, renewals, replacements or removals of and all substitutions or replacements for any of the Improvements or Equipment, both interior and exterior, structural and non-structural, and ordinary and extraordinary.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Telecommunications Equipment means equipment, other than Customer Premises Equipment, used by a Carrier to provide Telecommunications Services, and include software integral to such equipment, including upgrades.

  • Communications Equipment means the communications equipment of the Licensee and its affiliates, including, without limitation, cabinets, racks, electronic equipment and other similar equipment.

  • Building system means plans, specifications and docu- mentation for a system of manufactured building or for a type or a system of building components, which may include structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and variations which are sub- mitted as part of the building system.

  • Substantial alteration means an alteration that has a major impact on the architectural features, characteristics, appearance, or integrity of a structure or lot. The term does not include routine maintenance that is reasonably necessary to maintain a dealership facility in attractive condition and does not include any changes to items protected by federal intellectual property rights.

  • Installation means that the System or a Subsystem as specified in the Contract is ready for Commissioning as provided in GCC Clause 26 (Installation).

  • Tenant’s Work means all improvements, alterations, fixture, equipment, and signage installation, and furniture placement necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Permitted Use, including all work described as Tenant’s Work on Exhibit D, attached (the “Work Letter”).

  • Tenant Work All work installed or furnished to the Premises by Tenant in connection with Tenant’s initial occupancy pursuant to Rider 2 and the Workletter.

  • Utility Installation means carpeting, window coverings, air lines, power panels, electrical distribution systems, lighting fixtures, space heaters, air conditioning, plumbing, and fencing. Lessor may require that Lessee remove any or all of said alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations at the expiration of the term, and restore the Premises to their prior condition. Lessor may require Lessee to provide Lessor, at Lessee's sole cost and expense, a lien and completion bond in an amount equal to one and one-half times the estimated cost of such improvements, to insure Lessor against any liability for mechanic's and materialmen's liens and to insure completion of the work. Should Lessee make any alterations, improvements, additions or Utility Installations without the prior approval of Lessor, Lessor may require that Lessee remove any or all of the same.

  • Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.

  • Material Alteration shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.11.

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel. Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).

  • Base Building shall include the structural portions of the Building, the public restrooms and the Building mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment located in the internal core of the Building on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located. Tenant shall promptly provide Landlord with copies of any notices it receives regarding an alleged violation of Law. Tenant shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Building attached as Exhibit E and such other reasonable rules and regulations adopted by Landlord from time to time, including rules and regulations for the performance of Alterations (defined in Section 9).

  • Install means the complete installation of any item, equipment or material.

  • Work area means a room or defined space in a workplace where hazardous chemicals are produced or used, and where employees are present.
