Network Participants definition

Network Participants shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit C-4(a).
Network Participants means those health care and social service providers who are Licensed Entities or who have entered into an agreement with Unite Us to access the Network. For purposes of this Agreement, Network Participants shall also include authorized “public health authorities” permitted to collect and receive protected health information pursuant to 45 C.F.R. § 164.512(b)(i) for public health activities, whether or not such public health authorities have entered into an agreement with Unite Us.
Network Participants means those persons who have entered into a deed with the Company to become participants of the Eidos Network but excluding those persons who have withdrawn or been expelled from the Eidos Network in accordance with the Network Rules;

More Definitions of Network Participants

Network Participants means all persons and entities that have directly or indirectly executed a Participant Agreement.
Network Participants are, collectively, the Institutions and the Investigators bound by this Agreement, from time to time, to perform the Research.

  • Project Participants means the entities and professionals assembled by the Applicant or Co-Applicants to own, develop and manage the project, including, but not limited to the Applicant or Co-Applicant, Project Sponsor, the Equity Investor, contractor, property manager and Consultant.

  • Non-Participating Retail Health Clinic means a Retail Health Clinic which does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • DEPP means the Authority’s Decision Procedure and Penalties Manual;

  • Covered Participant means a Participant who is a “covered employee” as defined in Section 162(m)(3) of the Code, and the regulations promulgated thereunder, and any individual the Committee determines should be treated as such a covered employee.

A person with executive managerial control includes persons such as a chief executive officer, chief operating officer and chief financial officer. This definition does not include non-executive managers such as farm, field, or shift managers.
