More Definitions of New IPR

New IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights that are created under the Agreement in connection with the Contract Materials and/or the Work Product (excluding Background IPR and Independent IPR).
New IPR means a) IPR in Deliverables or other items created by the Contractor (or by a third party on behalf of the Contractor) specifically for the purposes of the Contract and updates and amendments of these items including (but not limited to) database schema; and/or b) IPR in or arising as a result of the performance of the Contractor’s obligations under the Contract and all updates and amendments to the same; but shall not include the Contractor’s Existing IPR;
New IPR means all Intellectual Property Rights, Derived Data, Improvements, discoveries and inventions, patentable or otherwise, that are first invented, conceived, developed, generated, or made by or on behalf of either Party, their employees and contractors in the course of activities conducted pursuant to any of the Project Documents;
New IPR means: Intellectual Property Rights in items created by the Contractor (or by a third party on behalf of the Contractor) specifically for the purposes of the Contract and updates and amendments of these items including (but not limited to) database schema; and/or Intellectual Property Rights in or arising as a result of the performance of the Contractor’s obligations under the Contract and all updates and amendments to the same; But shall not include the Contractor’s Existing IPR;
