New Notes Trustee definition

New Notes Trustee means a bank or trust company reasonably satisfactory to the Initial Purchasers, as trustee with respect to the New Notes under the New Notes Indenture.
New Notes Trustee means U.S. Bank National Association, in its capacity as trustee under the New Notes Indenture, and any other trustee under any New Notes Indenture.
