New Pavement definition

New Pavement means a newly constructed pavement, reconstructed road or asphalt overlay which is placed to a new geometric design not referenced to the original pavement surface.
New Pavement means any pavement areas where DB Contractor constructs or fully reconstructs the Project pavement as required in Sections 2.1, 2.3, 2.4.2 and 2.5.1 of Exhibit 1 to this DBA.

Related to New Pavement
