NGG Nomination definition

NGG Nomination means a notification made by NGG pursuant to Clause 9 of any requirement for delivery of gas to NGG by the Service Provider at the Gas Delivery Point;
NGG Nomination means a Nomination (including a Renomination) submitted by a NGG Shipper to NGG which is not rejected by NGG under the Network Code; NI Share of the Available Moffat Quantity has the meaning given to it in paragraph 5.5(f)(ii) of this Annex B; Nomination means a nomination by a Shipper to either of the Linked Transporters of a quantity of gas to be delivered to or offtaken from that Linked Transporter’s System at the Interconnection Point on a Gas Day, and includes a Renomination; Nomination Cycle means the 2 hour cycle for processing and confirmation of Initial Nominations, and Renominations received in each hour, as described in paragraph 3; Nomination Deadline means in respect of an Initial Nomination 13:00 on Gas Day D-1 and in respect of any other Nomination the start of an hour commencing at 16:00 on Gas Day D-1 and ending on the hour which commences at 02:00 hours on Gas Day D; Nomination Quantity means the quantity of gas nominated in a Nomination (or such quantity as processed or confirmed as described in this Annex);

Examples of NGG Nomination in a sentence

  • In the event that NGG fails to submit an NGG Renomination at the same time as submitting the NGG Nomination or NGG Renomination referred to above, then the Service Provider shall be entitled (but not obliged) to reject the NGG Nomination or NGG Renomination in question.

  • If, following such discontinuance, the Service Provider notifies NGG that it is able to deliver Complaint Gas to satisfy the NGG Nomination the Service Provider may resume delivery of Compliant Gas to satisfy the NGG Nomination if notified to do so in writing by NGG.

  • An initial NGG Nomination shall be submitted no later than (and may be revised at any time until) 15 hours before the end of the preceding Gasday (the “Initial Nomination Deadline”).

  • Where NGG has not submitted an NGG Nomination by the Initial Nomination Deadline, NGG shall be deemed to have submitted an NGG Nomination for a Nomination Quantity of zero.

  • Where the Service Provider does reject the NGG Nomination or NGG Renomination in question, the Service Provider shall advise NGG as soon as reasonably practicable of the reason(s) for such rejection.

  • Each NGG Nomination shall specify the Gasday to which it relates and the quantity (“Nomination Quantity”, in GWh) of gas to be delivered to NGG on such Gasday.

  • Subject to Clause 9.3, an NGG Nomination may be for an Effective Delivery Rate of no more than the Maximum Delivery Rate specified in Schedule 1.
