If the Global Note is a NGN, the nominal amount of the Notes shall be the aggregate amount from time to time entered in the records of Euroclear or Clearstream, Luxembourg.
The ETP Securities may be issued in bearer form (including in new global note form ("NGN") and in classic global note form ("CGN") and serially numbered ("Bearer Securities", which expression includes ETP Securities which are specified to be Exchangeable Bearer Securities), in registered form ("Registered Securities"), in bearer form exchangeable for Registered Securities ("Exchangeable Bearer Securities"), in each case in the Denomination(s) and Relevant Currency specified in the Final Terms.

Where the Global Note is a NGN, the Issuer shall procure that any exchange, payment, cancellation, exercise of any option or any right under the Notes, as the case may be, in addition to the circumstances set out above shall be entered in the records of the relevant clearing systems and upon any such entry being made, in respect of payments of principal, the nominal amount of the Notes represented by such Global Note shall be adjusted accordingly.
Where the Global Note is a NGN or where the Global Certificate is held under the NSS, the Issuer shall procure that details of such exercise shall be entered pro rata in the records of the relevant clearing system and the nominal amount of the Notes recorded in those records will be reduced accordingly.
