  • Each of Parent and NMCI agrees to furnish to the other party all information concerning the Parent Group Entities or the NMCI Group Entities, as applicable, and to take such other action as may be reasonably requested in connection with the foregoing.

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Target Companies means the Target and its Subsidiaries.

  • Transferred Entities means the entities set forth on Schedule 1.9.

  • Group Entity means any of the Company and Subsidiaries of the Company.
