Nomination Appeal definition

Nomination Appeal means an appeal against nomination or non-nomination brought in accordance with the provisions of clause 13 of the NZOC Nomination and Selection Regulation. Nomination Date means the date, as agreed by your National Federation and the NZOC, prior to which the National Federation must submit particulars of each athlete to the NZOC for consideration for selection to the Team. NZOC means the New Zealand Olympic Committee Incorporated.
Nomination Appeal means an appeal against nomination or non- nomination brought in accordance with the provisions of clause 10 of this Agreement.
Nomination Appeal means an appeal against nomination or non-nomination brought in accordance with the provisions of clause 12 of this Regulation.

  • Nomination Date as herein used means twenty-fifth (25th) of the month preceding the movement; provided that if the twenty-fifth (25th) of such month falls on a weekend, the date shall be the preceding workday, and further provided that if the twenty-fifth (25th) of such month falls on a holiday the date shall be two (2) workdays prior to the holiday.

  • independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;

  • Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.

  • Nominated Representative means, in respect of each party, the person whose details are set out in the Special Conditions (if any).

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Grievance Committee means the Grievance Committee of the Bar.

  • Nomination Period means, in respect of a Nomination, the period from the Nomination Start Time to the Nomination End Time;

  • Credentials Committee means the committee established by the Medical Advisory Committee to review applications for appointment and reappointment to the Professional Staff and to make recommendations to the Medical Advisory Committee and if no such committee is established it shall mean the Medical Advisory Committee;

  • Nomination and Remuneration Committee means a Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, constituted in accordance with the provisions of Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Agreement.

  • NZOC Nomination and Selection Regulation means the regulation of NZOC relation to the nomination and selection Process for all Olympic and Commonwealth games, including the Games.

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

  • Board of appeals means the local board of appeals as created by local ordinance.

  • Institutional Review Board or “IRB” means, in accordance with 45 C.F.R.
