Nonarbitrage Certificate definition

Nonarbitrage Certificate means the Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate of the District delivered in connection with the issuance of the Bonds.
Nonarbitrage Certificate means, collectively, any Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate of the District delivered in connection with the issuance of any Bonds which are tax- exempt Bonds.
Nonarbitrage Certificate means the Tax Certificate or a Nonarbitrage Certificate prepared by Bond Counsel and delivered by the Authority at the time of the issuance and delivery of any Series of Bonds which purport to bear interest which is excluded from gross income for federal income tax purposes, as the same may be amended or supplemented in accordance with its terms.

  • Amounts on deposit in the Excess Earnings Fund shall only be applied to payments made to the United States or otherwise transferred to other accounts or funds established hereunder in accordance with the Nonarbitrage Certificate.
