Nonarbitrage Certificate definition

Nonarbitrage Certificate means the Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate of the District delivered in connection with the issuance of the Bonds.
Nonarbitrage Certificate means, collectively, any Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate of the District delivered in connection with the issuance of any Bonds which are tax- exempt Bonds.
Nonarbitrage Certificate means the Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate provided by the County on the Closing Date, as set forth in Exhibit F hereto, as the same may be amended from time to time, the 1998 Nonarbitrage Certificate and the 2012 Nonarbitrage Certificate, as applicable.
