Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate definition

Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate means the Tax and Non Arbitrage Certificate, dated the Closing Date and executed by the Authority.
Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate means, with respect to the Authority Bonds, the Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate, dated the date of issuance of the Authority Bonds, as originally executed and as it may from time to time be amended or supplemented pursuant to its terms.
Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate means the certificate of the District to be delivered on the Closing Date, setting forth the requirements of the Code applicable to the Bonds.

More Definitions of Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate

Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate means the certificate of the District delivered in connection with the issuance of the Bonds.
Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate means, with respect to a Series of Refinancing Bonds, the Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate of the District delivered by the District in connection with the issuance of such Series of Refinancing Bonds.
Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate means the tax and nonarbitrage certificate executed by the Metropolitan Government in connection with any Parity Obligations which are issued as Tax-Exempt Parity Obligations, which certificate relates to the exclusion from gross income pursuant to the Code of interest of such Parity Obligations.
Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate means the tax and nonarbitrage certificate or similar agreement or certificate executed by the Metropolitan Government in connection with any Parity Obligations which are issued as Tax-Exempt Parity Obligations, which certificate or agreement relates to the exclusion from gross income pursuant to the Code of interest of such Parity Obligations.
Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate means the tax and nonarbitrage certificate delivered by the District in connection with the issuance of a Series of Subordinate Refunding Bonds.
Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate means, with respect to a Series of 1999 Authorization Bonds, the Tax and Nonarbitrage Certificate of the District delivered by the District in connection with the issuance of such Series of 1999 Authorization Bonds.
