Nonregulated use definition

Nonregulated use means any beneficial use of water by any person of less than twenty-five thousand gallons per day.
Nonregulated use means any use of water which is exempted from regulation by the provisions of this code.

  • Mixed use means land, buildings or structures used, or designed or intended for use, for a combination of non-residential and residential uses;
