Nonsecure detention definition

Nonsecure detention means temporary custody of the child while the child is in a residential home in the community in a physically nonrestrictive environment under the supervision of the Department of Juvenile Justice pending adjudication, disposition, or placement.
Nonsecure detention means that a minor's freedom of movement is controlled by the staff of a facility and (a) the minor is under constant personal visual observation and supervision by staff of the law enforcement facility, (b) the minor is not locked in a room or enclosure and (c) the minor is not physically secured to a cuffing rail or other stationary object.
Nonsecure detention means temporary, non- secure custody of the child while the child is released to the custody of the parent, guardian, or custodian in a physically nonrestrictive environment under the super- vision of the department staff pending adjudication, disposition, or placement. Forms of nonsecure deten- tion include, but are not limited to, home detention, electronic monitoring, day reporting centers, evening reporting centers, and nonsecure shelters. Nonsecure detention may include other requirements imposed by the court.

In otherwise Secure Areas, such as an office with restricted access, the Data must be secured in such a way as to prevent access by non-authorized staff such as janitorial or facility security staff, when authorized Contractor staff are not present to ensure that non-authorized staff cannot access it.

  • Contractor’s Equipment means all apparatus, machinery, vehicles and other things required for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects. However, Contractor’s Equipment excludes Temporary Works, Employer’s Equipment (if any), Plant, Materials and any other things intended to form or forming part of the Equipment.

  • Forbearance As defined in Section 3.07(a).

  • Extreme performance coating means coatings designed for harsh exposure or extreme environmental conditions.
