Members of a force shall normally wear uniform. Subject to any arrangement to the contrary between the authorities of the sending and receiving States, the wearing of civilian dress shall be on the same conditions as for members of the forces of the receiving State. Regularly constituted units or formations of a force shall be in uniform when crossing a frontier. 2. Service vehicles of a force or civilian component shall carry, in addition to their registration number, a distinctive nationality xxxx.
