Noteholder Meeting Provisions definition

Noteholder Meeting Provisions means the provisions set out in Schedule 3 of the Trust Deed;
Noteholder Meeting Provisions means the provisions for meetings of Noteholders set out in Schedule 3 Normal Business Hours means 9.00 am to 5 00 pm on a Business Day Observer has the meaning given in Condition 10.1 Redemption Date means each of the First Redemption Date and the Final Redemption Date Register means the register of Noteholders maintained by or on behalf of the Company pursuant to this Deed Restricted Overseas Person means a person resident in the United States, Canada, Australia or Japan or a US person as defined in Regulation S of the United States Securities Act of 1933 (as amended) Special Resolution has the meaning set out in paragraph 10.3 of Schedule 3 Topco has the meaning given in Condition 10.5.
Noteholder Meeting Provisions means the provisions for meetings of Noteholders set out in Schedule 4 (Provisions for Meeting of Noteholders) to the Principal Trust Deed.
