Noteholder Report means the report prepared by the Collateral Agent on each Business Day.

Noteholder Report means the report defined as such in the Collateral Administration Agreement which is prepared by the Collateral Administrator (in consultation with the Investment Manager) on behalf of the Issuer, is deliverable to the Issuer, the Trustee and the Investment Manager and, upon request therefor in accordance with Condition 4(f) (Information Regarding the Collateral), to any Noteholder and which shall include information regarding the status of certain of the Collateral pursuant to the Investment Management Agreement.

Examples of Noteholder Report in a sentence

  • Each Noteholder Report shall contain the information set out in Schedule 2.

  • Each Noteholder Report must be delivered by the Manager to each of the Trustee, MLPL, the US$ Note Trustee and the Principal Paying Agent no later than three Business Days prior to the Distribution Date to which the relevant Noteholder Report relates.

  • City Ledger Report means a list submitted by the Contractor indicating on a daily basis its total number of sleeping room nights rented as well as the total number for sleeping rooms removed from its available inventory or rentals, for purposes of repair.
