Notice of Court Order definition

Notice of Court Order means the condensed, short and long form of Notice of Class Action Certification, Settlement Approval, and Counsel Fee Approval approved by the Court to inform the Class Members of (1) the certification of this action as a class proceeding, (2) approval of this Settlement Agreement; (3) approval of Class Counsel Fees; (4) the process by which Class Members may opt out; and (5) the process by which the Class Members may obtain compensation from the Settlement Fund.
Notice of Court Order means the Notice of Settlement Approval and Class Counsel Fee Approval as approved by the Courts, in the Ontario Action and the Quebec Action, to inform the Class Members of (1) the approval of this Settlement Agreement; (2) the approval of Class Counsel Fees; and (3) the process by which the Settlement Fund will be distributed, which will be substantially in the form of Schedules C and C1 hereto, or as modified by the Courts.
Notice of Court Order means (as applicable) the various iterations of the notices of the order approving the settlement and Class Counsel Fees (in French and English), as approved by the Court, to inform the Class Members of inter alia: (1) the approval of this Settlement Agreement and (2) the process by which the Settlement Fund will be distributed, which will be substantially in the form of Schedule C hereto, or as modified by the Court.

  • When the court orders the noncustodial parent to pay counsel fees, the SCU must create a separate account for the court ordered payments as explained under section V.B.5.   • Court Order means any judgment, decision, consent decree, injunction, ruling or order of any federal, state or local court or governmental agency, department or authority that is binding on any person or its property under applicable law.

  • Notice of Revocation means, in connection with the revocation by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member of its Notice of Tender, a notice, substantially in the form attached to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, delivered by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent indicating an intention to revoke the tender of some or all of the VRDP Shares for sale on a Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1 of Part II of this Statement.

  • Notice of Appeal means a notice given pursuant to Condition 6.2.

  • Delaware Court means the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware.

  • Bankruptcy Order means any court order made in a proceeding pursuant to or within the meaning of any Bankruptcy Law, containing an adjudication of bankruptcy or insolvency, or providing for liquidation, winding up, dissolution or reorganization, or appointing a Custodian of a debtor or of all or any substantial part of a debtor’s property, or providing for the staying, arrangement, adjustment or composition of indebtedness or other relief of a debtor.

  • Chosen Court has the meaning set forth in Section 9.9.

  • Ontario Court means the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

  • Court of Appeal means the division of the Supreme Court referred to in section 7(1)(b);

  • New York Courts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9(d).

  • BC Court means the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

  • Official written order means an order written on a form provided for that purpose by the United

  • Disclosure Statement Order means the order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Disclosure Statement.

  • Bankruptcy Court has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • U.S. Bankruptcy Court means the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

  • Supreme Court means the North Carolina Supreme Court.

  • Receivership court means the court in the insolvent or impaired insurer's state having jurisdiction over the conservation, rehabilitation, or liquidation of the member insurer.

  • Notice of Hearing means a notice containing the information set out in Schedule VIII;

  • Specified Courts is defined in Section 6.9.

  • Delaware Courts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9(d).

  • Final Judgment means the Final Judgment and Order to be entered by the Court approving the Agreement after the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Notice of Action shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.1C.
