Notice of Intent to Withdraw definition

Notice of Intent to Withdraw means a City approved form giving notice of an Owner's intent to withdraw a building containing at least one Covered Unit from the residential rental market in accordance with Government Code sections 7060 – 7060.7.

Notice of Intent to Withdraw means a city approved form, that includes all of the requirements in Subsection 6.60.070(A)(1), giving notice of an owner’s intent to withdraw a building containing at least one dwelling unit from the residential rental market in accordance with California Government Code Sections 7060-7060.7, as amended from time to time.

Examples of Notice of Intent to Withdraw in a sentence

  • If EPA finds that deficiencies warranting withdrawal did not exist or were corrected by the State or Indian Tribe, EPA may rescind its Notice of Intent to Withdraw authorization.
