Notice of Intent to Withdraw definition

Notice of Intent to Withdraw pursuant to Section 17 of such Member’s Wholesale Power Contract or (ii) written notice of its intent to assign any of its rights and obligations under its Wholesale Power Contract.
Notice of Intent to Withdraw means a City approved form giving notice of an Owner's intent to withdraw a building containing at least one Covered Unit from the residential rental market in accordance with Government Code sections 7060 – 7060.7.
Notice of Intent to Withdraw means a city approved form, that includes all of the requirements in Subsection 6.60.070(A)(1), giving notice of an owner’s intent to withdraw a building containing at least one dwelling unit from the residential rental market in accordance with California Government Code Sections 7060-7060.7, as amended from time to time.
