Residential Rental definition

Residential Rental means conducting or operating an apartment house, lodging house, and every person engaged in the business of conducting or letting rooms, and/or any building structure, for dwelling, sleeping, or lodging, including, and limited to, a single-family house, duplex, townhouse, condominium, or co-operative.
Residential Rental means a dwelling in which rooms, with or without board, are offered for rent. Rooming houses, dwellings rented out on a transient basis, dwellings rented for single-room occupancy and bed-and-breakfast dwellings are included in this definition. For purposes of this definition, "transient basis” shall mean the leasing of rooms or a portion of a dwelling to individuals for a term of less than three months, or where the tenant does not move his or her furniture, possessions and belongings into the dwelling with the intention of making it the tenant's official residence.
Residential Rental means the rental of all or a portion of a residential unit such that occupancy is for a term of more than one calendar month. One calendar month is the period of time from a day of one month to the corresponding day of the next month if such exists; or if not, to the last day of the next month. One calendar month shall be computed by excluding the first and including the last day (as from January 4 to February 3 or from January 31 to February 29).

  • Residential Rental Unit means an area legally licensed or permitted for use as a living space containing a sleeping area, bathing and sanitation facilities and cooking facilities equipped with a cooking range, refrigerator and sink, all of which are separate and distinct from other Residential Rental Units.   • Renewal Rent for the Aircraft means the rent payable therefor in respect of a Renewal Lease Term determined pursuant to Section 17.2.2 of the Lease.

  • Additional Rental has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.

  • Residential area means land used as a permanent residence or domicile, such as a house, apartment, nursing home, school, child care facility or prison, land zoned for such uses, or land where no zoning is in place.

  • Office Premises means any building, facility, or portion thereof, or other premises, whether owned or controlled by CP, which is used solely for clerical or administrative purposes and which does not contain heavy equipment or machinery, as designated by CP from time to time;

  • School premises means either of the following:

  • Rental means the Supplier’s charging rate for the hire of the Hire Goods which is current from time to time during the Hire Period;

It includes parks, gardens, play grounds, sector shops and other open spaces located in the area earmarked in the residential zone.

  • Residence premises means: a. The one family dwelling where you reside; b. The two, three or four family dwelling where you reside in at least one of the family units; or c. That part of any other building where you reside;

  • Tenant Lease means any lease entered into by the Borrower, any Loan Party or any Subsidiary with respect to any portion of a Property.

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and
