Notice of Participation definition

Notice of Participation means a Notice of Participation substantially in the form of Exhibit I.

Notice of Participation means written notification from the City advising a property owner of corrective measures that may be taken by the property owner to ensure the private sewer lateral is fully functional.

More Definitions of Notice of Participation

Notice of Participation means the Notice of Participation in the form provided by the Company to a Participant, which if executed by such Participant will acknowledge his or her acceptance to be bound by the terms of the Plan.

Notice of Participation means a notice from the Company to a Participant indicating the Participant’s eligibility to participate in the Plan and the Retention Payment which the Participant is eligible to earn hereunder.
