Notice of Proposed Class Action Settlement. (“Notice”) is to inform you that a settlement has been reached regarding claims asserted against ITT on behalf of the Settlement Class that argued ITT violated various California wage and hour laws, by, among other things described below, not paying adjunct instructors separately from the per course compensation for non-class preparation time, failing to compensate instructors for rest periods, and failing to reimburse instructors for work-related cell phone expenses during the period from January 12, 2012 through September 16, 2016.
