Notice of recapture definition

Notice of recapture means Form 8874(K)-B, Notice of Kentucky New Markets Devel- opment Program Tax Credit Recapture, that is published by the department and sent to the CDE and each taxpayer from whom a credit is to be recaptured as a final order of recapture.
