Examples of Noticed Shares in a sentence

  • The Optionee Investors shall have the right to exercise their respective options to purchase the Noticed Shares by delivery of a written offer or offers specifying a cash purchase price equal to the total of the monetary consideration and the fair market value of the nonmonetary consideration specified in the Notice of Sale.

  • Issued Shares means, collectively, all outstanding Shares issued pursuant to Restricted Stock Awards, all outstanding Shares issued pursuant to Unrestricted Stock Awards, and all Option Shares.
