Notional Plan Investment definition

Notional Plan Investment means an investment designated by the Firm as a reference investment for the benefit of the Plan. Reference investments underlying Notional Plan Investments may include proprietary investment funds of the Firm or “funds of funds” of the Firm that include investment funds sponsored or offered by third parties. For the avoidance of doubt, a Participant’s interest in any Notional Plan Investment shall be notional.

Examples of Notional Plan Investment in a sentence

  • Fees paid by any reference investment will reduce the performance of such reference investment (and, accordingly, the performance of the Notional Plan Investment) and, therefore, will reduce the amount of the Firm’s distribution obligations to Participants under the Plan.

  • The performance of each Notional Plan Investment shall reflect all of the fees and costs of the related reference investment, including placement agent and brokerage fees, which such reference investment may pay to the Firm if the Firm provides such services to it.

  • Nothing in the Descriptive Materials shall be construed to confer on a Participant the right to continue to have any particular Notional Plan Investment available for purposes of measuring the value of the Participant’s Total Notional Investment.

  • Each Participant’s Account shall reflect such Participant’s notional share of each Notional Plan Investment.

  • If the Firm invests amounts corresponding to a Participant’s Participant Allocation or Notional Advance in any Notional Plan Investment, such investment shall not confer on such Participant any right or interest in any such Notional Plan Investment.

  • The Proceeds relating to a Realization (or partial Realization) with respect to a Notional Plan Investment (after the reduction of such Proceeds pursuant to Section 10) shall accrue interest at the Participant Applicable Rate from the date of the applicable Distribution Date to the actual date of distribution.

  • In connection with the notional investment of any Participant Allocation (or portion thereof) in a Notional Plan Investment, an amount equal to a multiple (which may include zero) of such Participant Allocation (or portion thereof), as determined in the discretion of the Firm, may be added to the Participant’s Account for purposes of enhancing the leverage of the applicable Participant Allocation in its notional investment in Notional Plan Investments.

  • Participants shall participate in each Notional Plan Investment pro rata based on their respective Total Notional Investments (unless the Firm determines otherwise, in accordance with any rules and procedures that the Firm establishes).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, no Notional Advance shall be allocated until a Participant’s Participant Allocation is notionally invested in a Notional Plan Investment (therefore, no notional interest shall begin to accrue until such time).

  • At the time that any Participant Allocation (or portion thereof) is notionally invested in a Notional Plan Investment, a Notional Advance in an amount equal to such Participant Allocation (or such portion) multiplied by two shall be added to the Participant Allocation (or such portion) for purposes of the Participant’s notional investment in such Notional Plan Investment.

Related to Notional Plan Investment

  • Reinvestment Deferred Amount means, with respect to any Reinvestment Event, the aggregate Net Cash Proceeds received by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries in connection therewith that are not applied to prepay the Loans pursuant to Section 2.09(b) as a result of the delivery of a Reinvestment Notice.

  • Reinvestment Plan means the distribution reinvestment plan for the ETFs, as described under the heading “Distribution Policy – Distribution Reinvestment Plan”;

  • Investment Funds means all monies and financial resources available for investment by the Authority, other than proceeds of bonds issued by the Authority.

  • Class PO Deferred Amount As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the applicable PO Percentage of each Realized Loss, other than any Excess Loss, to be allocated to the Class PO Certificates on such Distribution Date on or prior to the Senior Credit Support Depletion Date or previously allocated to the Class PO Certificates and not yet paid to the Holders of the Class PO Certificates.

  • Investment pool means an entity created under the Texas Gov- ernment Code to invest public funds jointly on behalf of the entities that participate in the pool and whose investment objectives in or- der of priority are preservation and safety of principal, liquidity, and yield.

  • Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds means, with respect to each Transfer Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Accumulation Account (net of investment expenses and losses) for the period from and including the immediately preceding Transfer Date to but excluding such Transfer Date.

  • Investment Option means any of the guaranteed investments and variable investment funds available under the Plan.

  • Investment Fund has the same meaning as in National Instrument 81-106 Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure;

  • Automatic Investment Plan/Dividend Reinvestment Plan means a program in which regular purchases or sales are made automatically in or from investment accounts in accordance with a predetermined schedule and allocation, including dividend reinvestment plans.

  • Investment Return means the investment return payable in respect of the Bond in accordance with Clause 5 Returns.

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • Distribution Reinvestment Plan means the distribution reinvestment plan of the Company approved by the Board and as set forth in the Prospectus.

  • Eligible Investment means any investment that at the time of its acquisition is one or more of the following:

  • Investment Options means the investment options, as determined from time to time by the Committee, used to credit earnings, gains and losses on Account balances.

  • Investment Plan means the document in terms of which the special purpose vehicle will invest in unlisted investments and all matters incidental thereto;

  • Class A-PO Deferred Amount For any Distribution Date prior to the Subordination Depletion Date, the difference between (A) the sum of (x) the amount by which the sum of the Class A-PO Optimal Principal Amounts for all prior Distribution Dates exceeded the amounts distributed on the Class A-PO Certificates on such prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph third clause (2) of Section 4.01(a) and (y) the sum of the product for each Discount Mortgage Loan which became a Liquidated Loan at any time on or prior to the last day of the Applicable Unscheduled Principal Receipt Period for Full Unscheduled Principal Receipts for the current Distribution Date of (a) the PO Fraction for such Discount Mortgage Loan and (b) an amount equal to the principal portion of Realized Losses (other than Bankruptcy Losses due to Debt Service Reductions) incurred with respect to such Discount Mortgage Loan and (B) the sum of (x) the sum of the Class A-PO Recoveries for such Distribution Date and prior Distribution Dates and (y) amounts distributed on the Class A-PO Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph fourth of Section 4.01(a). On and after the Subordination Depletion Date, the Class A-PO Deferred Amount will be zero. No interest will accrue on any Class A-PO Deferred Amount.

  • Investment Assets means all debentures, notes and other evidences of Indebtedness, stocks, securities (including rights to purchase and securities convertible into or exchangeable for other securities), interests in joint ventures and general and limited partnerships, mortgage loans and other investment or portfolio assets owned of record or beneficially by the Company.

  • Class C Invested Amount means, as of a date, an amount (not less than zero) equal to (a) the initial Note Balance of the Class C Notes, minus (b) the aggregate amount of any principal payments made to the Noteholders of the Class C Notes before that date, minus (c) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Investor Charge-Offs applied to reduce the Class C Invested Amount under Section 4.3 of the Indenture Supplement before that date, minus (d) the cumulative amount of unreimbursed Reallocated Principal Collections applied to reduce the Class C Invested Amount under Section 4.4 of the Indenture Supplement before that date.

  • Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the Invested Amount less the Principal Funding Account Balance on such date of determination.

  • Deferred Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and each Class of the Subordinate Certificates, the amount by which (x) the aggregate of Applied Loss Amounts previously applied in reduction of the Class Principal Amount thereof exceeds (y) the sum of (1) the aggregate of amounts previously reimbursed in respect thereof and (2) the amount by which the Class Principal Amount of such Class has been increased due to any Subsequent Recovery.

  • PIPE Investment has the meaning specified in the Recitals hereto.

  • Class B Adjusted Invested Amount means, with respect to any date of determination, an amount equal to the Class B Invested Amount less the positive difference, if any, between the Principal Funding Account Balance and the Class A Invested Amount on such date.

  • Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(ii).

  • Class B Invested Amount means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class B Initial Invested Amount, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class B Certificateholders prior to such date, minus (c) the aggregate amount of Class B Investor Charge-Offs for all prior Distribution Dates, minus (d) the amount of Reallocated Principal Collections allocated on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.08(a) (excluding any Reallocated Principal Collections that have resulted in a reduction in the Collateral Invested Amount pursuant to Section 4.08), minus (e) an amount equal to the amount by which the Class B Invested Amount has been reduced on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.06(a) and plus (f) the amount of Excess Spread and Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated and available on all prior Distribution Dates pursuant to subsection 4.07(e) for the purpose of reimbursing amounts deducted pursuant to the foregoing clauses (c), (d) and (e); provided, however, that the Class B Invested Amount may not be reduced below zero.

  • Investment Program means a Person for whom Shipper or a direct or indirect subsidiary of Shipper acts as a general partner, managing partner or manager and the securities of which have been offered and sold to investors.
