Novartis Policies definition

Novartis Policies means the policies and procedures of Novartis listed in Annex 9.

The Consensus Policy development process and procedure set forth in ICANN’s Bylaws may be revised from time to time in accordance with the process set forth therein.

  • Claims Made Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b).
