Novartis Territory definition

Novartis Territory means (a) with respect to any T1 Licensed Product, worldwide, (b) with respect to any Regional Licensed Product, all countries and territories of the world other than the Surface Territory, and (c) with respect to any Global Licensed Product, worldwide.
Novartis Territory means territory set forth in the “Master Agreement” as “Territory”. These territories are as follows: Australia, Fiji, New Zealand. Novartis Territory. Novartis Territory shall mean worldwide, except for the Co-Commercialization Countries and the Co-Marketing Countries.

Novartis Territory means (a) with respect to c-MET Licensed Products and c-MET Patent Rights, the entire world; and (b) with respect to JAK Licensed Products and JAK Patent Rights, the entire world other than the Incyte Territory (the “Novartis JAK Territory”).
