Novel Target definition

Novel Target means a mammalian orthologue of a Selected Target, which orthologue (a) was identified by or on behalf of Exelixis pursuant to work conducted under the Mode of Action Program [*] BMS Compound [*] Selected Target [*] Novel Targets [*] Unlinked Related [*], Known Targets [*] Confirmed Targets.
Novel Target. [ * ] "Unlinked Related Target", [ * ] Known Target for the purposes of the economics and other rights and obligations under the Agreement, under one of the circumstances set forth below:
Novel Target means any Mammalian Target that is not a Known Target.

Novel Target means a Therapeutic Target which, as of the time of the initial nomination by AbbVie of the corresponding TCR Target or TCR/Antibody Target, as applicable, as a potential Accepted Target, [***].

Related to Novel Target

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in relation to each KPI;

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.
