O365 Data definition

O365 Data means all Microsoft Office 365 event and log data extracted by VECTRA log sensors to provide the O365 Service to End User including but not limited to: (i) user actions within Office 365, including accessing, reading, downloading, deleting, and sharing files; (ii) administrator actions in Office 365, including policy and configuration changes; and (iii) authentication and authorization events in AzureAD.

Examples of O365 Data in a sentence

  • As set forth in the Order or as End User otherwise elects during the installation, configuration or use of the Products, VECTRA may use anonymized O365 Data and detection details.

  • Revoking consent will stop the flow of O365 Data to VECTRA and disrupt delivery of the O365 Service until consent is once again granted.

  • An Office 365 Administrator at End User must provide VECTRA with consent to access the O365 Data.

  • Upon request by End User made within thirty (30) days after the effective date of termination, VECTRA will make available to End User for download all O365 Data contained within the O365 Service at the time of termination in mutually agreed upon format.

  • After such thirty (30) day period, VECTRA shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any O365 Data and shall thereafter, unless legally prohibited, be entitled to delete all O365 Data in its systems or otherwise in its possession or under its control.

  • Upon notice from End User, VECTRA will securely destroy all O365 Data from its systems within one hundred eighty (180) days of the date of receipt of such notice and will notify End User upon completion of such destruction; provided that VECTRA may retain copies of such O365 Data as required by law or backup policies.

  • An Office365 Administrator at the End User must provide Vectra with consent to access the O365 Data.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • DXC Data means the content, information and data pertaining to DXC and/or DXC Customers that is submitted to or accessed by Supplier pursuant to this Agreement. DXC Data may include, but is not limited to the following, each of which is defined more fully herein, DXC Sensitive Information, Confidential Information, Personal Information, and Protected Health Information (PHI).

  • UNICEF Data means any and all information or data in digital form or processed or held in digital form that

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Open Book Data means complete and accurate financial and non-financial information which is sufficient to enable the Authority to verify the Charges already paid or payable and Charges forecast to be paid during the Framework Period and term of any Call Off Contracts, including details and all assumptions relating to: the Supplier’s Costs broken down against each Good and/or Service and/or deliverable, including actual capital expenditure (including capital replacement costs) and the unit cost and total actual costs of all goods and/or services; operating expenditure relating to the provision of the Goods and/or Services including an analysis showing: the unit costs and quantity of Goods and any other consumables and bought-in goods and services; manpower resources broken down into the number and grade/role of all Supplier Personnel (free of any contingency) together with a list of agreed rates against each manpower grade; and a list of Costs underpinning those rates for each manpower grade, being the agreed rate less the Supplier Profit Margin; and Overheads; all interest, expenses and any other third party financing costs incurred in relation to the provision of the Services; the Supplier Profit achieved over the Framework Period and term of any Call Off Contracts and on an annual basis; confirmation that all methods of Cost apportionment and Overhead allocation are consistent with and not more onerous than such methods applied generally by the Supplier; an explanation of the type and value of risk and contingencies associated with the provision of the Goods and/or Services, including the amount of money attributed to each risk and/or contingency; and the actual Costs profile for each Service Period under any Call Off Contracts;

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

L. 104-191 as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act of 2009 (HITECH), 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164; the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C. §1232g; 34 CFR Part 99; Internal Revenue Service Publication 1075 (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/pub/irs-pdf/p1075.pdf); Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration regulations on Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records, 42 CFR Part 2; and/or Criminal Justice Information Services, 28 CFR Part 20.

  • Consumption Data means customer specific electric usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to kW, kWh, voltage, var, power factor, and other information that is recorded by the electric meter for the Company and stored in its systems. Consumption Data also includes payment and service history, account number, and amount billed.

  • Baseline data means information gathered at a selected point in time and used thereafter as a basis from which to monitor change.

  • Market Data means pricing or other data related to Securities and other assets. Market Data includes but is not limited to security identifiers, valuations, bond ratings, classification data and other data received from investment managers and others.

  • Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products, to the extent that the same are Controlled by or in Adapt’s or its Affiliates’ or Adapt’s Commercial Sublicensees’ possession, and may be disclosed to Lightlake without violating any obligation under Applicable Law.

  • Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing and control data, preclinical data, clinical data and all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product (including any applicable Drug Master Files (“DMFs”), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).
