Occupancy Percentage definition

Occupancy Percentage means, as of any date, with respect to any Project or group of Projects, the percentage of the total rentable area of such Project or Projects that is then demised under a Lease to tenants who are not an Affiliate of the Borrower and who took initial occupancy of their demised spaces under such Leases (even if any such space is then vacant), but excluding from such calculation space demised to any tenant who is then an Excluded Tenant.
Occupancy Percentage means, as to each Building, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Net Rentable Area of the Leased Premises in the Building at the time the determination is made, and the denominator of which is Net Rentable Area of the Building, all as set forth on Exhibit A hereto, as amended from time to time. The Occupancy Percentage for a Property shall be re re-calculated each time there is a change in the Net Rentable Area of the Leased Premises or the Building at such Property.
Occupancy Percentage means (i) the number of residential units comprising such Property which are occupied pursuant to written lease or rental agreements in accordance with the Borrower's customary business practice divided by (ii) the total number of units comprising such Property.

  • Delinquency Percentage means, for any Payment Date and the related Collection Period, an amount equal to the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of (i) the aggregate Principal Balance of all 60-Day Delinquent Receivables as of the last day of such Collection Period to (ii) the Pool Balance as of the last day of such Collection Period.
