Occupation Period definition

Occupation Period means the period commencing on the Occupation Date and terminating on the Termination Date;
Occupation Period means a period of six calendar months to be calculated from the date on which the GLA issues an Occupation Notification; Occupation Trigger Date means the date which falls 30 Business Days prior to the expiry of the preceding Occupation Period; Occupying Tenant has the meaning attributed to it in Condition 16.1.1;

  • After the expiration of the Own Occupation Period, if any, it will mean such a continuous state of incapacity resulting from Injury or Sickness that the Insured Employee is completely unable to engage in any gainful occupation or perform any work for remuneration or profit for which he is reasonably fitted by education, training or experience.

  • The Partial Disability Benefit will be equal to the Long Term Disability Benefit less 50% of the income earned during the same period and is payable only during the Own Occupation Period indicated on the Schedule of Benefits.

  • The Licensee must do all things reasonably necessary to ensure that the Licensee's Activities and the Reinstatement Works are completed during the Expected Occupation Period.

Related to Occupation Period

  • Occupation Date means the Completion Date or the date on which the Local Authority issues the Occupancy Certificate or the date that the Purchaser attends the Hand-over Inspection, whichever is the earlier;

  • Retention Period means the time period that the Customer Data is stored within the cloud storage, as specified in the product addenda.

  • Employment Commencement Date means the date on which the Employee first performs an Hour of Service.

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of:

This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.

  • Protection Period means the period beginning on the Change in Control Date and ending on the last day of the 24th calendar month following the Change in Control Date.

  • Elimination Period means the period of 6 months beginning on the date You become Disabled.

  • Severance Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5(b).

  • Lease Period means each of the consecutive periods throughout the Basic Term and any Renewal Term ending on a Lease Period Date, the first such period commencing on and including the Delivery Date.
