Occupation Tax Ordinance definition

Occupation Tax Ordinance means the City Ordinance No. 4327 authorizing the levy, collection, and enforcement of the occupation tax imposed on the Site according to the Act. The Occupation Tax Ordinance is being adopted by the City in conjunction with its approval of this Contract. The Occupation Tax Ordinance will supersede City Ordinance No. 4159 which was passed on May 18, 2015 (the “2015 Ordinance”). The Occupation Tax Ordinance will increase the applicable occupation tax from 0.5% to 2.0% and expand the occupation tax to the KM Site.
