OEM Price List definition

OEM Price List shall refer to the nationally published or internal document(s) issued by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or its Distributors which lists, among other things, a description and MSRP for the OEM’s Products. “Original Equipment Manufacturer” (OEM) shall refer to an organization or business entity that creates, makes, processes, or fabricates a Product or something of value, which changes a raw material or commodity from one form to another or creates a new Product or commodity.
OEM Price List shall refer to the nationally published or internal document(s) issued by the OEM or its Distributors which lists, among other things, a description and MSRP for the OEM’s Product Line. “Part(s)” shall refer to new and Remanufactured Products that may be used to replace an existing component of either a Vehicle or Heavy Equipment, accessories that may be added to a Vehicle or Heavy Equipment to enhance its operation, and Related Product (excluding services). For the purposes of this Contract, “Part(s)” shall include, but is not limited to, all Product that may be included in the Part Groups identified in the table included in Section 1.2 Scope, Paragraph A, Lot 1Light Duty Vehicle Parts.

  • All sales of H2O’s Products to Dealer shall be made pursuant to this Agreement at such prices and on such terms as defined in Exhibit A – OEM Price List - Defiance Marine which is subject to change with 30 (thirty) days notice.

Related to OEM Price List

  • Price List means any price list(s) issued by SAP for the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model setting out the available software, services and the prices or fees as further defined in the in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Product Price has the meaning specified in Section 6.4 hereof.

  • Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;

  • non-firm prices means all prices other than “firm” prices;

  • Minimum Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.2(b)(ii).

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;

  • List Price means the list of prices of the Goods maintained by the Seller as amended from time to time;

  • GDP price deflator means the average of the four implicit price

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;

  • Change Order means a written order to the Contractor signed by the Contracting Officer, issued after execu- tion of the Contract, authorizing a change in the term or scope of the Contract.
