Official map means a map drawn by municipal authorities and recorded in
Official Gazette means the Official Gazette of the Government;
Official mark means the grademark and any other mark, or any variations in such marks approved by the Administrator and authorized to be affixed to any product, or affixed to or printed on the packaging material of any product, stating that the product was graded, or indicating the appro- priate U.S. grade or condition of the product, or for the purpose of main- taining the identity of products graded under this part, including but not lim- ited to, those set forth in § 56.36.
Official Image means an electronic image of an Eligible Bill, either created in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement or that otherwise complies with the requirements to permit negotiation and clearing of that Eligible Bill in accordance with the by-laws, standards, and Rules of the Canadian Payments Association.
Official device means any device prescribed or authorized by the director for use in applying any official mark.
Official Journal means the Official Journal of the European Union;
Official stamp means a physical image affixed to or embossed on a tangible record or an electronic image attached to or logically associated with an electronic record.
Official Sign means a sign required by or erected under any statute or by-law or other directive of any federal, provincial or municipal government or agency thereof or any board or commission and shall include a permanent sign erected on a public road allowance to inform the public of the location of Business Improvement Areas, public buildings, hospitals, public libraries, institutions, places of worship, parks, recreational or educational facilities;
International Bureau means the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization;
Official List means the Official List of the UK Listing Authority;
Official Seal means the original(s) of the VA seal showing the exact form, content, and colors thereof.
Bulletin means a revenue administrative bulletin.
Official means the awarding authority/officer acting on behalf of the City in the execution of the Contract.
Official newspaper means any newspaper designated by the Board pursuant to R.S.35:1-1 et seq.
Official sample means a sample of feed taken by the director in accordance with section 7. (ee) "Percent" or "percentage" means the percentage by weight.
Hague Securities Convention means the Hague Convention on the Law Applicable to Certain Rights in Respect of Securities held with an Intermediary (concluded July 5, 2006).
the International Bureau means the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization.
Bureau means the Enforcement Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission.
National Building Regulations means the National Building Regulations made under section 17(1) of the National Building Regulations and Building Standards Act, 1977 (Act No.103 of 1977), and published under Government Notice No. R.1081 of 10 June 1988, as amended;
Official Plan means the Official Plan adopted for the Township, as amended and approved;
international application means an application filed under this Treaty;
Official act or "official action" means a vote, decision, recommendation, approval, disapproval, or other action, including inaction, that involves the use of discretionary authority.
Team Official means any person involved with the management, preparation or participation of a team (whether paid or unpaid), including the coaches, managers, medical staff, other support staff or any other person acting for or on behalf of a Club;
Official written order means an order written on a form provided for that purpose by the United
Official Body means any government or political subdivision or any agency, authority, regulatory body, bureau, central bank, commission, department or instrumentality of any such government or political subdivision, or any court, tribunal, grand jury or arbitrator, in each case whether foreign or domestic.
Official ballot means the ballots distributed by the election officer to the poll
