Official Contractor definition

Official Contractor means the officially appointed company that is responsible for installation of show facilities, erection of standard booths, electricity supply plan, electrical set up and show equipment rental services.
Official Contractor means any contractor appointed by the Organisers
Official Contractor means the company in charge of the virtual platform. “Organizer” shall mean MCI Benelux SA and its representatives.

  • Any Exhibitor utilizing service contractors to install and dismantle other than the designated Official Contractor by Show Management must notify Show Management in writing thirty (30) days prior to move-in, and include the name, address of the contractor, name of the supervisor to be in attendance, a certificate of liability, workers compensation and property damage insurance, proper licenses, and a statement of agreement that contractor will comply with all rules and regulations of the Show.

  • Exhibitor may use the Official Contractor for Lead/Data Retrieval System to collect information regarding persons who visit its Exhibit Space.

  • No EACs may be used for services noted as exclusive on the Event Official Contractor List.

  • Exhibitor may use the Official Contractor for Lead/Data Retrieval System (if applicable) to collect information regarding persons who visit its Exhibit Space.

  • Although full-time employees of an Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor, other than the Official Contractor may be authorized to gain access to the exhibition areas, exhibitors are urged to obtain required labor and services from the URTeC Official Contractor.

  • To ensure the configuration of a smooth installation, dismantling and operation during the Exhibition, an Official Contractor will be appointed.

  • Any Exhibitor requiring the use of labor services in assembling and dismantling of its exhibit will not be permitted to use employees of firms other than its own or of the Official Contractor.

  • In the event of a dispute or disagreement between: Exhibitor and an Official Contractor; or between Exhibitor and a Labor Union or Labor Union Representative; or between two or more Exhibitors; all interpretations of the rules governing the Exhibition, actions, or decisions concerning this dispute or disagreement by TGE Management intended to resolve the dispute or disagreement shall be binding on Exhibitor.

  • Exhibitor personnel shall wear proper badge identification, as provided by the Association, prominently displayed, plus have corporate identification available for viewing by the Association or representatives of the Official Contractor, or Security, at all times.
