Old Stock Options definition

Old Stock Options means the outstanding options to purchase Old Common Stock, as of the Petition Date.
Old Stock Options means the options, outstanding immediately prior to the Petition Date, to purchase Old Common Stock.

Old Stock Options means any options, warrants or other rights to purchase Old Capital Stock, whenever and by whomever granted.
Old Stock Options means each option to purchase Old Common Stock of AWI under the AWI stock plans that are outstanding immediately prior to the Confirmation Date.

With respect to each Old Stock Option the per share exercise price of which is greater than or equal to the Cash Consideration, the holder thereof shall not be entitled to receive the Option Cancellation Amount with respect to such Old Stock Option and, immediately prior to the Effective Time, such Old Stock Option shall be canceled without any payment made in exchange therefor. The Option Cancellation Amount shall be treated as compensation and shall be payable net of any applicable federal and state income and employment withholding Taxes.
Old Stock Options means the outstanding incentive stock options to purchase Old Common Stock of PhoneTel, as of the Petition Date.
