Ongoing Fees definition

Ongoing Fees. As defined in Section 4.1.
Ongoing Fees means the fees payable by GGO to AIL pursuant to clause 4 below and as set out in Schedule 1 hereto, which fees are exclusive of VAT, if applicable.
Ongoing Fees means any reoccurring monthly or annual fees, including without limitation, fees for software and spectrum leases.

  • Customer shall pay the Ongoing Fees for use of the Leased Spectrum.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Customer shall pay for any Recurrent RF Field Equipment Fees and any Ongoing Fees for all equipment provided pursuant to this subsection (A).

Related to Ongoing Fees

  • Annual Fees means the annual fees determined by the Council in terms of section 27;

  • Closing Fees means those fees required to be paid on the Closing Date pursuant to the Fee Letter.

  • Tuition Fees means a sum specified in the Offer Letter, payable by the Student to cover tuition, access to College facilities, enrolment procedures and orientation meetings, use of Information Technology facilities, exam sitting and a Kaplan award on successful completion of the Programme; and

  • Accrued Servicing Fees based upon the Scheduled Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loan as calculated on a monthly basis.

  • Maintenance Fees means the non-refundable fees payable annually by Licensee to OT for Support Services;

  • Expense Fees As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Servicing Fee and the Trustee Fee.
