Open fires definition

Open fires means the burning of any matter in such a manner that the products of combustion resulting from such fires are emitted directly into the ambient air without passing through an adequate stack, duct, or chimney.

  • Open fires for cooking, heating, recreation, and ceremonies, provided they comply with the limits for emission of visible air contaminants established by the EPC of the IDNR.

  • Campfire means a small outdoor fire intended for recreation or cooking not including a fire intended for disposal of waste wood or refuse.

  • Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act means the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, 2003 (Act No. 53 of 2003);

  • Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.

  • Recovery Time means additional time incorporated in the Working Timetable to allow a train to regain time lost in delay during an earlier part of its journey;
