Open fires definition

Open fires means the burning of any matter in such a manner that the products of combustion resulting from such fires are emitted directly into the ambient air without passing through an adequate stack, duct, or chimney.
Open fires means any Fire which is not contained within a fire pit, an outdoor fireplace, a stationary barbeque, or an incinerator approved by Alberta Environment, and includes, but is not limited to:
