Open Source Component definition

Open Source Component means any software component that is subject to any open-source copyright license agreement, including any GNU General Public License or GNU Library or Lesser Public License, or other obligation, restriction or license agreement that substantially conforms to the Open Source Definition as prescribed by the Open Source Initiative or otherwise may require disclosure or licensing to any third party of any source code with which such software component is used or compiled.
Open Source Component means any Software component that is subject to any Open-Source License.
Open Source Component means any software component that is subject to any open source license agreement or any other license approved by the Open Source Initiative. Open Source Components may include Copyleft Materials.

More Definitions of Open Source Component

Open Source Component means (A) any Software that is distributed as free software or open source software, including software available under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL), GNU General Public License (GPL), GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL), Mozilla Public License (MPL), Apache License, BSD licenses, any Create Commons “ShareAlike” license, or any other license that is approved by the Open Source Initiative, or pursuant to open source, copyleft, or similar licensing and distribution models; and (B) any Software that requires as a condition of use, modification, and/or distribution of such Software that such Software or other Software incorporated into, linked to, derived from, or distributed with such Software (1) be disclosed or distributed in source code form, (2) be licensed for the purpose of making derivative works, or (3) be redistributable at no or minimal charge.
Open Source Component means a software component that is subject to any Open-Source License.
Open Source Component means any software, firmware, data, font, component either in source, compiled, or other form, that is, or has been, licensed under, distributed under or otherwise subject to, any Open Source License or that is, or has been, in the public domain. “Open Source License” means (a) any license meeting the Open Source Definition (as issued by the Open Source Initiative and stated on such
Open Source Component means software which Fiserv or its Affiliates includes in Deliverables that is subject to an Open Source License. “Open Source License” means a license identified as an open source license by the Open Source Initiative (xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx) or any substantially similar license.

Related to Open Source Component

  • Open Source Software means software or similar subject matter that is distributed under an open source license such as (by way of example only) the GNU General Public License, GNU Lesser General Public License, Apache License, Mozilla Public License, BSD License, MIT License, Common Public License, any derivative of any of the foregoing licenses, or any other license approved as an open source license by the Open Source Initiative or as a free software license by the Free Software Foundation.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Commercial computer software means software developed or regularly used for non-governmental purposes which—
