Operating Fee definition

Operating Fee shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6.1.

More Definitions of Operating Fee

Operating Fee means the Global Common Facilities Operating Fee and, if the Owner Lessor shall elect to appoint TVA operator of the Facility pursuant to Section 3.1 of the Support Agreement and TVA shall not be precluded by law from so serving, the Facility Operating Fee.
