Operation definition

Operation means the pursuit of economic activities.
Operation means operations and tests of the aircraft and its installed equipment, accessories, and power plants, while the aircraft is in the open or in motion. The term does not apply to aircraft on any production line or in flight.

Examples of Operation in a sentence

  • If, at any time, carrying out the repurposing plan in compliance with this Section 12.16 becomes reasonably likely to delay Commercial Operation (an “Affected Resource Delay”), Seller shall promptly notify NYSERDA of such delay and its anticipated duration.

  • If Buyer terminates this Agreement for any reason within the first five years from the Commercial Operation Date, Buyer must provide twelve (12) months written notice to Seller to allow Seller to obtain a Seller Replacement Agreement.

  • In the event that implementation of the PPTN Project or a future offshore transmission system causes delays in commencement of Commercial Operation of the Selected Project, the Outer Limit Date shall be extended by the period of such delay.
