Operational Certificate in relation to the Providing Unit, means a certificate issued by the relevant System Operator under the applicable Grid Code confirming that the Providing Unit has successful completed compliance desting under the Grid Code and includes a notification,
Operational Certificate means the notification issued by the Company which indicates that the applicable Capacity Tests and the Grid Code Tests have been completed and that the Facility has complied with the Grid Code Tests at commissioning (but does not indicate compliance on a continuous basis thereafter by the Facility including the Customer's Equipment with the Grid Code) and is issued as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event no longer than ten (10) Business Days following the Operational Date;
