Operational Milestone definition

Operational Milestone means an objective event that is indicative of project progress occurring as proposed in the application.
Operational Milestone means an objective event with defined criteria that is indicative of successful project progress on a “critical path” activity, that if not achieved in a timely manner will inhibit the accomplishment of the expected project outcome in the allowable project period
Operational Milestone means each operational event and result that Seller must achieve as set forth in the Operational Milestone Schedule, with such supporting documentation as may be requested by Buyer from time-to-time in its Commercially Reasonable discretion.

Examples of Operational Milestone in a sentence

  • For each Operational Milestone, Seller shall deliver written notice to Buyer within five (5) Business Days of Seller having met such Operational Milestone.

  • Buyer shall have no obligation or liability to Seller for Buyer failing to advise Seller of any condition, damages, circumstances, infraction, fact, act, omission or disclosure discovered or not discovered by Xxxxx with respect to any Operational Milestone, the Facility, the System or any contractor.

  • If Seller will be unable to timely meet any Operational Milestone, Seller shall also deliver written notice to Buyer informing Buyer that Seller will be unable to meet an Operational Milestone, but in any event Seller shall deliver notice to Buyer no later than five (5) Business Day after the due date of the Operational Milestone that Seller failed to achieve.

  • Each such major development and construction activity shall be deemed to be an Operational Milestone, and the deadline by which Seller must successfully complete each such activity for Seller to achieve the Commercial Operation Date set forth in this Exhibit 3shall be deemed to be a Milestone Deadline.


More Definitions of Operational Milestone

Operational Milestone means each of the First Operational Milestone, Second Operational Milestone and Third Operational Milestone.
Operational Milestone means the Company achieving Net Sales of at least $45 million for the four quarters ending on March 31, 2007 as reported in the financial statements for such quarters contained in the Company’s Forms 10-K, 10-KSB, 10-Q and 10-QSB, as applicable, filed no later than May 15, 2007. Concurrently with the last such filing, the Company shall also provide each Holder with a written certification, executed on behalf of the Company by its Chief Financial Officer, certifying whether the Company has or has not surpassed the Operational Milestone.
Operational Milestone means those Milestones that relate to activities that do not incur capital expenditure, as set out in Table 2 of Schedule 10 (Payment Mechanism);
Operational Milestone means the Licensee rebranding the Brightline Business under the Names by the end of the Rebrand Period in accordance with Clause 3.12;

Related to Operational Milestone

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;

  • Milestones means control points in the project that help to chart progress. Milestones may correspond to the completion of a key deliverable, allowing the next phase of the work to begin. They may also be needed at intermediary points so that, if problems have arisen, corrective measures can be taken. A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.
