Railway Operation means the construction and operation under this Agreement of the relevant Railway and associated access roads and Additional Infrastructure (if any) within the relevant Railway Corridor and of the associated Lateral Access Roads, in accordance with approved proposals;
Resort Complex means the hotel, convention centre/theatre restaurant, exhibition centre, recreation and other facilities and the Burswood Casino established or to be established on the Site pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and includes, if and when constructed, Stage 2 but does not include, on and from the date specified in an order made under section 21F(1b) of the Control Act, any of the foregoing which are by the order excluded from the operation of this Agreement;
Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);
operating site means a site, other than an aerodrome, selected by the operator or pilot-in-command or commander for landing, take-off and/or external load operations;
System Operations means the Power Producer's operation; maintenance and repair of the System performed in accordance the requirement herein.
generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;
Operating Area means those areas on-shore in India in which company or its affiliated company may from time to time be entitled to execute such services/operations.
Intermodal Rail Yard means a rail facility in which cargo is transferred from drayage truck to train or vice-versa.

Normal operation means all periods of operation except start-up and shutdown operations and maintenance of equipment;
Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:
associated facilities means all associated track structures, over and under track structures, supports (including supports for equipment or items associated with the use of the Network), tunnels, bridges, train control systems, signalling systems, communication systems and associated plant, machinery and equipment from time to time but only to the extent that such assets are related to or connected with the Network but does not include any sidings or yards;
Agricultural operations means the growing and harvesting of crops or the raising of fowl or animals for the primary purpose of making a profit, providing a livelihood, or conducting agricultural research or instruction by an educational institution. Agricultural operations do not include activities involving the processing or distribution of crops or fowl.
Agricultural operation means an agricultural, aquacultural, horticultural or silvicultural operation that is carried on in the expectation of gain or reward.
System Operating Limit or “SOL” shall mean the value (such as MW, MVAR, Amperes, Frequency, or Volts) that satisfies the most limiting of the prescribed operating criteria for a specified system configuration to ensure operation within acceptable reliability criteria.
railway operational procedures means procedures specified under any access agreement (as defined in the Railways Act 1993) or station lease;
Operational requirements means the need to ensure that the Agency is to be operated as effectively, efficiently and economically as possible.
Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities means System Upgrade Facilities that a Developer may construct without affecting day-to-day operations of the New York State Transmission System during their construction. NYISO, the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Developer must agree as to what constitutes Stand Alone System Upgrade Facilities and identify them in Appendix A to this Agreement.
cogeneration means the simultaneous generation in one process of thermal energy and electrical or mechanical energy;
Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.
Unit operating hour or "hour of unit operation" means an hour in which a unit combusts any fuel.
Building Energy Benchmarking means the process of measuring a building’s Energy use, tracking that use over time, and comparing performance to similar buildings.
Market Operations Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by or on behalf of a Market Participant to communicate and coordinate with the Office of the Interconnection in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region.
