Operations Fee definition

Operations Fee means a fee paid by the Association to the Park Board to be used to increase equity and/or achieve Public Policy goals across the Community Centre Network;
Operations Fee for any period shall mean the amount equal to the Practice Operating Expenses incurred by Manager. To the extent that the Operations Fee includes amounts paid under Sections 3.1.1 and 3.1.2, applicable sales tax will be paid.
Operations Fee means the monthly operation and management fee payable by the Board to Operator.

Examples of Operations Fee in a sentence

  • During the transition period, the Board shall not be liable for any other fees (except the Operations Fee), costs (except those for which the Board is contractually obligated under this Agreement), or damages.

  • The Parties shall use their best efforts to reach agreement on the Operations Fee for upcoming periods prior to each of the first and second anniversary dates of the first day of the term of this Agreement.

  • Operator shall be entitled to a contract management fee or other compensation in addition to the monthly Operations Fee, for each contract entered into.

  • The Board shall retain the right to perform a “look-back” audit to confirm the accuracy of the Monthly Census Report and the Variable Fee Component of the Operations Fee.

  • The Board shall have the right to make adjustments (up or down) to the monthly Operations Fee payable to Operator to correct amounts paid to Operator for a previous month’s Operations Fee that was based on an incorrect Monthly Census Report provided by Operator or to make any adjustments for any amounts due the Board from Operator.


More Definitions of Operations Fee

Operations Fee means a Park Board administered fund that the CCAs will make payments to, and which will be allocated to achieve Public Policy goals and/or to increase equity across the Community Centre Network, as further described in Section 14.5;
Operations Fee means the price per MT of Biomass set forth in Exhibit C.
