Option Assets definition

Option Assets has the meaning given such term in Section 5.1.
Option Assets means that portion of Tenant Personal Property that, (i) pursuant to Section 9.2 of the Master Lease as in effect on the Closing Date, Landlord has an option to purchase and (ii) constitutes Loan Collateral.
Option Assets means the Gold Ranch Casino Property and Improvements, the Xxxxx Field Property, the Frontage Parcel (excluding, however, alterations, improvements and additions made by Last Chance under Section 6.5 of the Gold Ranch Casino Lease which are the sole property of Last Chance), and the California Lottery Station and the California Lottery Property (excluding alterations, improvements and additions made by, and furniture, fixtures and equipment owned by California Prospectors, Ltd.).

  • Deliver to the Administrative Agent as and when required under Section 2.3(a)(ii) of the Relative Rights Agreement, an appraisal of the Option Assets (as defined in the Relative Rights Agreement) conducted by an MAI Appraiser (as defined in the Master Lease) mutually acceptable to the Administrative Agent and LeaseCo.

More Definitions of Option Assets

Option Assets means all of Seller’s right, title and interest in and to all of its assets and properties, whether tangible or intangible, other than the Acquired Assets, and including, without limitation, the Contracts, the Equipment, inventory, supplies, packaging and shipping materials, tenant improvements, manufacturers warranties and all other information pertaining to the Option Assets.
Option Assets means the Option 1 Assets; the Option 2 Assets; the Option 3 Assets; the Option 4 Assets or any combination thereof specified in accordance with Clause 2.1, as the case may be;
Option Assets has the meaning given such term in Section 3.01.
Option Assets has the meaning specified in the fifth recital hereof.
Option Assets has the meaning assigned to such term under the JCPenney License Agreement.
Option Assets means the “Acquired Assets” as defined in the Purchase Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit G (the “Purchase Agreement”).
Option Assets means the assets listed on Schedule I to this Agreement.
